Anouk + goodies
I used Bernat cottontots 100% cotton yarn in Strawberry, Limeberry, and Grapeberry. The flowers were done in some leftover LionBrand Microspun. I was hesitant to use a different yarn, but it gives the FO some texture. At first I was a little disappointed to use a non-shiny yarn (I had considered adjusting gague to Knitpicks' Shine) but it turns out it acquires a sheen of its own. I really quite like it.
The left pocket isn't weird, I just forgot to smoothe it out.
Little sock-like booties and a hat. (pattern) There will be a red rosette on the brim, but I haven't done it yet.
The ensemble.
The WIP pinwheel blanket. I'm going to do it until the yarn runs out. Or something. It makes me laugh because it looks like a Rastafarian hat so far!
